Breathing is the most efficient way to increase the movement of energy in our 3 bodies -emotional, mental, and physical. Proper breathing brings appropriate levels of oxygen to the cells of the physical body. When cells don?t receive proper levels of oxygen, this contributes to their death. When cells die, we die.
The emotional and mental bodies? functions are heightened, balanced and improved with proper breathing, the evidence of which is manifest in the thought, feeling and sensing process. Breathing also helps to relieve the discomfort of excess emotional mental and physical energy.
We will discuss the energetic implications of proper breath as well as practice many breath exercises that can eliminate stress and bring balance to all three bodies.
