Our constant self deprecating thoughts and feelings produce wounds that never seem to heal since we "pick at them" on a constant basis.
In an attempt to deal with our perceived pain we inflict on ourselves all manner of physical self abuse.
Food, drugs, physical activities, drink, self neglect, are but a few of the ways we inflict tremendous amounts of abuse on ourselves.
One truth is that no one can treat you worse than you treat yourself. Reduce or stop your self abuse and you will reduce or stop 90% of your emotional, mental and physical pain.
